* Target characteristics
The goal is the construction site so the situation is very complicated. Security guards must have high professional, to solve a lot of situations that may occur in the target. Duties positions, usually have 3 main positions, main gate, hut, patrol
I. MAIN POSITION
This is the most important position in the protection position at the site, which is as follows:
1. For guests
a. When entering the site
Ask the name of the agency, the purpose of meeting people.
Communicate by radio or telephone to the inside of the newspaper for guests to meet the welcome, if there is no appointment, the consent of the person you need to meet.
Enter your name, company name, arrival time in the guest book (check your identity card or referral)
Give away the guest card and other labor protection equipment such as glass paper caps.
Allow guests to register valuable items, direct guests to the target
b. When off the site
Check out the guest's bag.
Checking the objects brought out (if any) with the permission of the owner (must be signed by the authorized person).
Retrieve items that have been delivered to guests.
Ask the guest to sign in and out.
2. For workers
a. On:
Check cards, hats and other protective gear.
Check that the dress is correct at the request of the owner.
Must register valuable items.
Short-term laborers must check their names on the permitted lists of their managing units.
b. Out:
All workers have to take their caps off one by one.
Thoroughly check the bag, compare it with the carrier, check that it is the same as the registered or the same as the letter of the owner, in addition to not bring anything.
Protection when careful examination of the front, side, paper, foot.
Note: Date, time, number, type, signature ... in the paper for the port.
3. For vehicles
a. Upon entering
Must stop at the gate, the driver must produce the document, register the name of the vehicle, bring what, in time into the book to notify the responsible person of the host to pick.
Have drivers sign up for valuable items to check out
Check that the vehicle is fully qualified for the target (eg inappropriate height, vehicle too large.)
Open the port for the car.
b. When out
Stop at the gate, the driver must enter the security room to write out the hours and register in the register.

Do not handle unlicensed goods (the delivery note must be signed by the managing unit).
Open the gate for the car.
4. For materials and equipment
a. On:
Check invoices, types, numbers, codes.
Contact the relevant person of the host unit to pick up.
Record in the raw material registers.
Note: Targeted goods must be checked carefully, paying attention if the NVL is flammable. Security guards must advise clients on fire prevention.
b. Out:
Check invoices, delivery papers signed by the managing unit
After checking the invoice the security guard conducts the actual inspection.
Note: Type code, quantity quality and signature.
Store your invoices, delivery papers and exit papers.
5. For employees in and out
All employees must abide by the site rules.
6. Some other duties of the staff at the main gate.
Phone management, key.
Desire guides the issues for guests to come in.
Equipment management, bookkeeping clean, accurate all neatly organized science.
Capture the situation and report it to the authorities when they need to know.
Maintain contact information, coordinate with other locations.
Handing over to the next shift.
Manage mail from the mail, delivery if any.
II. TRAINING WEEK
Area patrols were assigned, discovered, arrested, made records of those who violate the rules of the site.

Detecting fire and explosion.
Check the fire protection and fire alarm system to ensure when the event will bring the highest efficiency.
Check the windows, doors.
Check electrical equipment for safety, especially for fire.
Must carry the appropriate equipment when patrols such as flashlight, walkie talkie, baton.
Supervise and control people in the work area, paying attention to monitoring prohibited areas, dangerous areas for unauthorized persons.
Use coordination media to work with different locations.
Carefully record the notebook carefully and note the number of workers in which company, where to work? what? how much time?.
III.SOME REQUIREMENTS FOR PROTECTED PEOPLE
Be aware of the purpose, nature of the work of the workers at the target.
Know the expensive equipment, easy to lose.
The robbery of workers.
Know the personality of each unit.
Recognize the difficulties at the target, what areas are dangerous.
Understand the security situation of the surrounding area at the target.
